The Hewescraft engineers ignored the less-is-more concept when building this boat. Instead they took the more-is-more approach with the Sportsman ProV! We started with the essential footprint of our best selling Sportsman model and juiced it up with a deeper V, wider beam, higher sides, two times the fuel tank volume, and a thicker bottom gauge of aluminum. The result is an amazingly functional boat with added stability, more fishing space, and bigger water capability.
The ProV is for the outdoorsman looking for ‘a little more’ when chasing big fish on lakes and rivers, but also wants the flexibility and peace of mind when occasionally venturing out into bigger water. The 14° constant Deadrise, 31” side height, .190” bottom gauge, along with the 6’ wide bottom offers a roomy and solid platform for fishing, water skiing, and many other family recreational activities.
